For this months dinner meeting, we arefortunate to have Mr. Michael Davy to provide us with an educationalpresentation on Concrete 101.     Topic: Concrete 101

    Concrete 101-The presentation will cover the basics ofconcrete. Discussion points will include cements,aggregates, admixtures, and best placing practices. Alsodiscussed are water / cementitious ratio, and design /construction of concrete pavements.

    Mr. Michael Davy is a Market Development Manager withCEMEX. He has worked in various parts of theconstruction industry for 16 years. He is a licensedProfessional Engineer in Florida, and received his Bachelorof Civil Engineering from Georgia Tech.
