THE 1st STEP
You need the recipe.
These two girls have achieved the first step.
THE RECIPEThe ingredients for the dough:
125g of magarine
125g of sugar
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1-4 tablespoon of milk
200g of flour
2 teaspoonful of baking powder
5-6 apples
THE 2nd STEP
Now you have to weigh everything.
THE 3rd STEP
Greasethe spring-form tin.
THE 4th STEP
Stir magarine,sugar,eggs and spices foamy.
THE 5th STEP
Now mix the baking powder with the flour. Then add the milk.
THE 6th STEP
Now you mix everything for 1 min.
THE 7th STEP
Fill the dough in the springform tin.
Then you spread it .
THE 8th STEP
Clean and peel the apples.
THE 9th STEP
Quarter and scratch the apples on the facing with a fork.
THE 10th STEP
Put the apples in the order of a circle on the top of the dough.
THE 11th STEP
Now you put the pie into the oven (preheatet 180°C.).
THE 12th STEP
After 40-45 min. the pie is ready.Cool it of for a while.
THE 13th STEPDregde it with icing sugar.
