The proposed project “Bulk Drugs and intermediates as well as Chemicals Manufacturing Project”
located at Plot F-2, MIDC Chincholi, Taluka Mohol, District Solapur, Maharashtra. As per Office
Memorandum dated 4th April, 2016 viz. Exemption from public Consultation for the projects/ activities
located within the Industrial Estates/ Parks, the proposed project is exempted from public hearing since
the proposed project is located in notified industrial area. Hence, no public hearing was conducted for
the proposed project.
