CHECKLIST

• It is a simple and effective fact finding tool that allows the worker to collect specific information regarding the defects observed.

• A flowchart is a schematic diagram of the sequence of steps involved in an operation or process.

• The aim of a flowchart is to communicate a sequence of processes identifying key decision points , inputs and outputs.

• It is used to identify duplication of efforts or missing steps with a view to making the process more efficient.
