An Alternate Plan for Cooper Square

This is the alternative plan prepared by the Cooper Square Committee that helped their effort against Robert Moses' plans for urban renewal in the Lower East Side. A modified version of this document was approved by the city in 1970 and was a victory for community driven planning.
