Ambrosia Gardens Estate Development Concept: The basic concept for the development is to create an ideal environment to
fulfill the aspirations of investors and prospective home owners alike. Our goal

The tittle of the Plot Units that will be issued to prospective subscribers is a
sub-lease in the form of the Deed of Assignment.

Existing Regional access is provided to the site by the Lagos Epe Expressway,
while the site is linked to the Expressway by about 40 meter of access road.
