Self Introduction

I am from here

BUT I wanted to further my career, so

in 2008…

I rented one of these…..

And moved here

Houston was listed #1,

under the 5 best cities for your career by PayScale.com

I am Ambitious - Not only do I meet, but I exceeded all of my business objectives.

I am Versatile - Skilled in account management, brand marketing, project management, and mentoring/training colleagues.

I am Creative - I successfully launched and marketed numerous products through my creative programs and events.

I am Dedicated- My motto is “Whatever it takes to get the job done”

My Strengths are…

“Enter every activity without giving mental recognition to the possibility of defeat. Concentrate on your strengths instead of your

weaknesses…..on your powers, instead of your problems.”-Paul J Meyer

Team PlayerI have the ability to work with various departments

to achieve the successful end result. Success is better achieved through teamwork, always. I enjoy highlighting my own successes, as well as praising

others for theirs.

Generating IdeasMy creativity and ability to come up with result driven ideas has allowed me

to develop marketing programs and activities that have been successful. I love doing research to continually improve upon my original ideas.

Analyzing and Synthesizing Information

I find the ongoing value of good analysis comes from how you use it to form better design and implementation. It is important to gather both qualitative and

quantitative data. Systematic synthesis of the information according to the major issues identified is key to its usefulness. I have used my analytic skills to

analyze project processes, marketing programs, and selling processes to improve these overall processes and programs to achieve more favorable

results.

Learning QuicklyMy professors in college always told me I had a fast learning curve. It wasn’t until I started my career that I realized this. I have found that the ability to learn quickly involves: building on my strengths, dedicating huge blocks of time to learning, getting great mentors, and structuring my learning. This has allowed me to quickly learn the various industries I have worked in. I soared to the top of my

department at alliantgroup in less than one year.

CommunicationI have found that my communication: helps motivate the people I have managed, alters the individuals’ attitudes

that I am communicating with, helps me socialize and build great relationships externally and internally, and helps me

communicate my creative ideas.
