Aluminium AW 6082 T6 roundAlloy  6082  is  a  heat  treatable  medium­high­strength  construction  alloy  with  medium­high  fatigue  strength.  It  offers  acombination of very good corrosion resistance and very good weldability due to its lowered strength values in the weldingzone. Good machinability and good cold formability after stabilising heat  treatment are  important benefits. This product  isnot suitable for complex sections.

Applications:• Heavy duty structures in rail coaches, truck frames, ship building, bridges, military bridges and bicycles

• Masts and beams for ship building

• Tubes for scaffolding, framework for tents and halls

• Piping and tubing in machinery
