Dewae Program Introduction

• DEWAE Program is the Initiative of Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan with the objective to expand connectivity, mainstream use of mobile applications and develop capacity of IT sector.

• Under the sub component 2 of the fund AIMS has been contracted as DEWAE Management Firm to manage grant of $5 million

DEWAE is MCIT Initiative towards the enactment of Innovation Culture is our Society

DEWAE will focus on Innovative M-Gov Ideas, solutions and other ICT related innovations

DEWAE will provide monetary awards to innovative ideas, solutions and technologies by Afghans.

Who can be awarded: Afghan Individuals, Students, Local ICT companies…

What is Dewae All About

A total of $ 5 Million will be awarded during four years in 5 batch's of award and each batch consisting 4 types of awards.
