・ Zydus Cadila acquired 100% stake of Nippon Universal Pharmaceutical Ltd in April 2007.
・ Lupin has acquired 80 per cent stake in Kyowa Pharmaceuticals Industry Co., Ltd. in Japan in October 2007.
