ITQ Renewal• For Trainers who qualified before 31 July 2013,

your renewal date is 31 July 2014.

• Renewal criteria is to maintain a valid CCNA certification and teach a minimum of one instructor class per year (regardless of number of students in that class), and a minimum of three instructors in total per year, which can be spread across multiple classes.

• If you cant meet the latter requirement, there are equivalent IPD activities that they can consider participating. Please have they reach out to Emma or Soo Hoon
