ACCOMMODATION DEPARTMENT

Shall be responsible for providing adequate and suitable accommodation, free of charge (unlessotherwise specified), for all accredited OCAEB Members and accompanying, the Presidents andSecretaries General of the participating National Olympic Committees and accompanying persons,OCA staff, OCA Committee members, WADA officials (including Doping Control Officers, IndependentObservers, Outreach Programme members etc.), Technical Delegates, International Technical Official,the OCA Marketing Agent and other advisers, consultants and agents, OCA guests, the delegations ofOrganizing Committees of the past and future Asian Games and the delegations of candidate cities,as specified by the OCA (as each such group is defined within the relevant OCA Guideline, unlessotherwise defined in this Agreement, and together the “OCA Family” and in such hotels as shall bedesignated by the OCA.
