6 Tips for Meditation Beginners

Set a Timer
With it, you can build up your meditation practice over timeinstead of trying to do it all at once.
Meditate in the Morning
Make it a regular morning routine, and feel the benefits for therest of the day.
Start Just with Breathing
Get a hang on mindful breathing, then move to more complexmeditation.
Designate a Meditation Space
This will create an environment without distractions, in whichyou can really concentrate.
Do Not Sit for More than You are Able
When you start to feel too anxious or jittery, end your sessionto make sure you continue your practice in the long term.
