Dr. Brantly was one of the “Ebola Fighters” named as Time magazine’s 2014 Person of the Year. He was the first person with Ebola to be treated in the U.S. As a medical advisor with Samaritan’s Purse he feels it is his privilege and duty to speak out on behalf of the people of West Africa who still suffer from Ebola.
Mr. Brookman is the preacher for the Memorial Road Church of Christ in Edmond, OK. Memorial Road is perhaps the largest all a cappella church of Christ in the world with an attendance of about 2600.

Barnabas Couples seeks to encourage young ministers (under age 40) and their spouses.
The Barnabas Couples gather in April immediately following the annual lectureship. Events begin at noon on April 15 and end at noon April 16. OVU President and First Lady, Harold and Sally Shank, host the event drawing on their 36 years of experience in ministry.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO CAMPUSFrom I-77: Take the Emerson Avenue exit (Exit 179). Travel southwest on Route 68 approximately 2.8 miles to the signal at Emerson Avenue and Rosemar Road. Turn right onto Rosemar Road and continue approximately 1.2 miles (watch for signs to the university main campus).
From U.S. Route 50 (from the east): Take I-77 North to the Emerson Avenue exit and proceed as above.
From U.S. Route 50 in Ohio (from the west): Continue straight on Ohio Routes 7 and 32 to the Memorial Bridge (a toll bridge) over the Ohio River. After crossing the bridge, go through the second light, past McDonald’s, and continue straight onto Emerson Avenue. Follow Emerson to the fifth traffic light and turn left onto Rosemar Road. Continue approximately 1.2 miles (watch for signs to the university main campus).
