Who Am I
Zebras can be45 to 60inches fromthe shoulder.All zebras areblack andwhite. Theycan weigh485 up to 990pounds.
The Early Years
It takes 12 to13mouths todevelop in theirmothers stomach.When a foal isborn, the motherkeeps away otherzebras from thefoal for 2 or 3days . When a foalis 1 or 4 years oldit leave the groupand joins adifferent group.

Burchell ’ s zebrasinhabit fromtreelessgrasslands toopen woodlands.Some zebra’s arenow mainlyrestricted toparts of northernKenya.

Most zebra’seat herbivores.Zebras are avidgrazers. Grevyzebras are insearch of greenpasture.
