• I will sign the Internet Permission Slip with my parents before going online.

• I will only visit websites that a teacher or parent has approved.

• I will tell an adult I trust if anything makes me feel scared, uncomfortable, or confused.

• I will not share personal information without first asking a teacher or parent for permission.
