Workshop rationale Design Methodology definition integrating state of the art commercial software and the latest FPGA technologies (from Xilinx Virtex 4 on)
Integration of pre-competitive research and NSN design methods
The DRESD activities aim at providing the designer with a set of methodologies, guidelines and supporting prototype tools to cover the different aspects necessary to take into account when designing a reconfigurable application
– Tools are designed and developed whenever not available commercially (from Xilinx or FPGA synthesis tools vedors)
