Game is defined as spirited activity orexercise in which trainees compete witheach other according to the defined set
of rules. Simulation is creating computer versions
of real-life games.
It is about imitating or making judgmentor opining how events might occur in areal situation.

Simulation games can be used for
promoting organizational development. Theyoffer an arena for organization members toanalyze the present state of an organization
and create new organizational solutions. Thebridge between the present and future modeof working can be built on by the ideas forimprovement brought forward by the

Role play is a simulation in which each
participant is given a role to play.
Information is given to trainees related

Description of the role

Then, a general description of thesituation, and the problem that each oneof them faces, is given. Example,
Situation could be strike in factory,
Managing conflict between two parties,
Scheduling vacation days, etc.

In basket techniques
In this technique, trainee is given someinformation about the role to be playedsuch as, description, responsibilities,general context about the role.
The trainee is then given the log ofmaterials that make up the in-basketand asked to respond to materials within
a particular time period. After all the trainees complete in-basket,
a discussion with the trainer takes place.

Equipment simulators are themechanical devices that require traineesto use the same procedures, actions,
plans, measures, trials, and decisionprocesses they would use withequipment back on their respective
