INTRODUCTION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sponsors should note that, apart from the Platinum sponsorship, and Individual Speaker Sponsorship, no other sponsorship package includes a guaranteed speaking slot at any 2017 AFGC event. Taking out an AFGC sponsorship package for 2017 in no way guarantees a speaking position at any of the functions listed in this brochure. Requests by sponsors to speak at any of the functions listed in this brochure will only be considered by AFGC if it is deemed the content fits with the theme and program of the event and is of value to the delegates that will be in attendance.
AFGC reserves the right to invite speakers relevant to 2017 event programs and acknowledge the contribution of other companies who may assist with the program and/or speaker costs, even if they are not current 2017 sponsors.
AFGC reserves the right to cancel any of the 2017events indicated in this Sponsorship Brochure without consultation with sponsors. Under such circumstances all sponsorship agreements will be rendered void and AFGC will refund any sponsorship money paid, less an agreed amount for benefits already provided.
All sponsorship packages are issued on an annual basis unless otherwise specified in this brochure.
AFGC will take NO RESPONSIBILITY for the erection and dismantling of sponsor stands and/or banners at any of the events listed in this brochure. This includes the distribution of any promotional items or gifts or the return of sponsor materials at the conclusion of an AFGC event. This is the sole responsibility of the sponsor.
AFGC will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of any sponsor materials and/or the collection of sponsor materials at the conclusion of an event.
The sponsor shall not erect any sign, stand, wall or obstruction, which in the opinion of AFGC event organisers (or venue), interferes with an adjoining sponsor table.
The sponsor will not in any way damage any of the walls, floors or ceilings of the venue in which the sponsor table is located. Should any damage occur, AFGC will provide the venue with sponsor contact details so arrangements can be made between the venue and sponsor for repair costs to be covered.
All materials for sponsor tables are to be provided by the sponsor. AFGC will provide 1 x standard trestle table (1.8 metres) and 2 x chairs.
All sponsorship packages will be issued on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, however no sponsorship package will be considered as filled until this form is signed and returned to AFGC, along with the ‘Sponsorship Application Form’. A 50 per cent depos it of the due sponsorship fee MUST accompany this form.
FULL PAYMENT OF SPONSORSHIP MONEY MUST BE RECEIVED BY AFGC NO LATER THAN FRIDAY 10 FEBRUARY 2017. Should full payment of the sponsorship amount not be received by this date, the sponsorship agreement will be considered null and void by AFGC. Should this occur, the 50% sponsorship deposit received by AFGC will be returned to the sponsor less a $500 application and administration fee
