OUR STARTING POINTS

• The Bible shall be our final authority. If there is a disparity between science and scripture, we shall pick scripture.

• We need each other’s support to be successful. “Doing it alone,” is not a long term viable strategy. We are sheep, not goats.

• What we know about Fitness and Food comes to us from family, formal education and environment, not necessarily credible sources. We do not go out and seek truth, unless nudged. New ways of thinking must be taught and touch the deepest levels of our being, if we are to change.

• Linda and I will challenge you, encourage you, support you, teach you and care for you. We have a joint passion for this that we can’t keep to ourselves.
