Please allow us a moment to introduce you to SeaCliff Country Club.
With its breathtaking view of lush greens and crystalline lakes, SeaCliff is the perfect setting for yourwedding ceremony and reception. Overlooking the golf course is our beautiful outdoor ceremony location on
the Oval Terrace. For the reception, we offer your choice of two different locations. Our SeaCliff Ballroom hasa private bar foyer, courtyard with fountain, and can accommodate up to 250 guests. The Pacific Room, with
a wrap around outside terrace overlooking the beautiful golf course, can accommodate up to 150 guests.
Fabulous cuisine prepared by Executive Chef Peter Phan and our friendly and professional staff will ensurethat your day is unforgettable.

Keep in mindthat our packages are merely a guideline, and is not the extent of what our experienced staff can provide you!We would like to personally invite you to visit our beautiful surroundings. informationFood & Beverage: Enclosed is a list of possible menu selections. The listed menu items are by nomeans the limit of what our Executive Chef can create for your event. We also can accommodatevegetarian, vegan & gluten free meals. We would be pleased to assist you in designing a menu to bestaccommodate your needs. A $2 cake cutting fee is added to any cakes brought in from an outsidesource.
Deposit and Payment: To confirm your date reservation, an initial deposit of 25% of your totalestimate will be due at signing of your contract. An additional deposit of 25% will also be due 6months prior to your event date. The remaining final balance and final count will be due 14 daysprior to your event. Cancellation: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pricing, Service Charge & Tax: Prices are subject to a 21% Club service charge and California StateSales Tax at the current rate. Menu prices cannot be guaranteed until the 90 days prior to yourevent. Prices and packages are subject to change without notice. SeaCliff Country Club housesseveral private event spaces and reserves the right to host multiple events on any given day.
Decorations: We ask that you not affix anything to the walls, floors, ceilings or furnishings withoutprior approval from the Private Event Sales Office. All signs and decorations must be of professionalquality. Glitter, confetti, rice and birdseed are not permitted. All candles must be contained in a glassenclosure. Client at commencement of event must take all decorations and client property broughtto the Club away. SeaCliff Country Club is not responsible for items left at the Club.
Rentals: Private Event rentals must go through SeaCliff Country Club. In the case that SeaCliffCountry Club makes the allowance for an outside company to source goods through the venue,SeaCliff reserves the right to obtain proper licensing. All rentals must be of professional quality andmust receive prior approval from the Private Events Sales Office.
Liability: SeaCliff Country Club is not responsible for any damage or loss to any merchandise,articles or valuables belonging to the host or their guests located on the Club property prior to,during or subsequent to any function. The host is responsible for any damages incurred to the Club,including those involving the use of any independent contractor arranged by the host or theirrepresentative.

-Prep Space for the Outside Caterer
-Serving Staff to Serve the Food andMaintain Guest Tables
-All Beverages, Non-Alcoholic &Alcoholic must be Purchased and
Served through SeaCliff Country Club
-All Prep Tables Needed for FoodPreparation
-A Wedding Coordinator to Assist inFacilitating your Outside Caterer and
their Needs
*All Other Items not Listed Above maybe Requested by your Catering
Company and Submitted for Approvalthrough our Executive Chef*
-All Caterers Must Provide Valid Proof ofLicensing & Insurance
