1 OUTSIDE-IN® COMPANIES RIBBON TYING //////////////////////////////////////On January 13, we celebrated the o�cial three-brand partnership under our shared values-based culture, Outside-In®. In true Outside-In® fashion, we opted to have a “ribbon tying” in lieu of the traditional “ribbon cutting”, a literal representation of the merging of our brands to the public. CBI Group, Placers, and Barton Career Advisors are united by a mindset that advocates putting the customer �rst.
6 CHARITIES SUPPORTED /////We support local charities by giving our time or by donating supplies and/or money.
Sunny visited the o�ce when Paws for People was our Charity of the Month in March.
This year, we held our �rst Knockout NFL Pool and donated half the pool money to the Breast Cancer Charities of America.

365 DAYS OF FIELD OF DREAMS //////Our annual theme this year was inspired by the movie Field of Dreams. Throughout the year, we used baseball lingo and themes from the movie to illustrate our business priorities.

We meet quarterly to discuss our priorities as a business. We use our annual theme, Field of Dreams, to communicate our strategy. Batting Practice. “If you build it, he will come.” Home Run. 52 WACKY WEDNESDAYS //////////////////////////////////////////////////////////Every Wednesday on our morning huddle we pose a ‘wacky’ question to the group. It’s something fun we look forward to each week and we get to know our team members better. We learn about things like favorite TV shows, childhood memories, team members’ dreams & aspirations, recommended books, and even where we’d escape to during a zombie apocolypse.

This was President Chris Burkhard’s 3rd year as a HS soccer coach. His team made the local paper with the headline “Decade Strong” because Chris has been coaching his son, Josh and some of the boys on this team since they were in Kindergarden.

We share our priorities for the day, discuss any ‘stucks’ we may have, and acknowledge team members for Outside-In® Moments where they shined.
