Redesigned interrupt handling for handle printers with buggy handshake

Full efficient handling of printer with buggy irq handshake (now I have

understood the meaning of the strange handshake). This is done sending new

characters if the interrupt is just happened, even if the printer say to

be still BUSY. This is needed at least with Epson Stylus Color. To enable

the new TRUST_IRQ mode read the `LP OPTIMIZATION' section below...

Fixed the irq on the rising edge of the strobe case.

Obsoleted the CAREFUL flag since a printer that doesn' t work with

CAREFUL will block a bit after in lp_check_status().

Merge ppc32 and ppc64 implementations

Quick hack of Paul's code to make XMON work on 8xx processors. Lots

of assumptions, like the SMC1 is used, it has been initialized by the

loader at some point, and we can just stuff and suck bytes.

We rely upon the 8xx uart driver to support us, as the interface

changes between boot up and operational phases of the kernel.

transfer 16-bit samples and 16-bit DMA channels can't transfer

8-bit samples. This make full duplex more complicated than

can be... People, don't buy these soundcards for full 16-bit

duplex!!!
