Hall in Tirol / Innsbruck, Austria

DearColleagues,

on behalf of the organization committee, we are pleased to announce that the15th International Workshop on Optimization and Inverse Problems inElectromagnetismwillbeheldonSeptember11–13,2018,inHallinTirol,Austria.

The workshop will be organized by the Institute of Electrical and BiomedicalEngineering, DepartmentofBiomedicalComputer SciencesandMechatronicsofthe UMIT – Private University for Health Sciences, Medical Informatics andTechnology, in collaboration with the Department of Mechatronics and theDepartmentofMathematicsoftheUniversityofInnsbruck.

The aim of this workshop is to discuss and share recent developments inoptimizationandinversemethodologiesandtheirapplicationstothedesignandworkingprincipleofelectromagneticdevices.Itwillalsoprovideanopportunitytomeet experts working in several cutting-edge research fields in engineering, mathematics and physics, in the general framework of the innovation inelectromagneticsmethodsandapplications.Theconferenceprogramwillconsistof invited lectures, oral presentations and poster sessions. Furthermore, weproudlyannouncethattheIETSMTawardforbestpaperpresentedbyayoungresearcherwillbeconferredwithinOIPE2018.
