1 Upload a professional profile photo. It’s one of the easiest things you can do to stand out.

2 Upload your resume for easy viewing by recruiters.

3 Add links to your other online accounts to show the depth of your professional presence.

4 Make your portfolio unique with a cover photo. Choose from one of our templates or upload your own.

5 Have you led a club or organization? Add it under Leadership Experience.

6 Add at least three works so you can begin to feature your best work and arrange where works appear.

7 If you’re job or internship hunting, update your availability so recruiters know what you’re looking for.

8 Help your audience connect with you by giving a brief overview of where you’ve been and where you’re going.

9 Getting better at Excel or Photoshop? Add up to five Skills in your About section.

See what recruiters see by clicking “View Public Profile”. If you want to make something private, edit that item to change your privacy settings.

Add your personal URL to your resume or email signature. Find yours at the bottom left of your profile.

Share your past internship(s) or job(s) under Work Experience, then share what you learned from the experience in a work!
