Response: RA 9729RA 9729 (Climate Change

Act of 2009) is the government response to achieve coordination in the implementation of plans and programs to address climate change in the context of sustainable development

It aims to mainstream climate change into policy formulation, development planning and poverty reduction programs

The PCSD’s Agenda 21 recognizes the importance of raising our citizens’ civic-mindedness – their ability for good citizenship – in promoting SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
