1

To have the mental resilience and control of a champion athlete.make your mental preparation as high a priority

as your physical preparation.

3

To elevate your state of focus or flow,

first give up your negative thought.

it will defeat you.

4

Next time you find yourself stuck or anxious,

slow things down and reestablish a rhythm.

5

How you view yourself will either boost or diminish your confidence.

greatness is in the eye of the beholder.

6

Keep in mind that your behavior is always reinforcing;

it reflects your highest aspirations.align your goals and priorities appropriately.

7

Your environment matters.social support is a more powerful method of adjusting your behavior.

8

Use imagery and visualization to internalize success.

your brain doesn’t distinguish the difference between

the actual event and your movie.

9

It’s always damaging to personalize your setbacks.

unless you first learn to lose, you won’t appreciate how to win.

10

Next time you have a false start, remember this mantra ‘get back to zero.’

Do you have a mental training regiment?
