Open Adobe Photoshop Elements.Select a size of A4.Create 5 new layers by selecting layer > new.Do this action five times.

Click on the foreground colour.Choose a colour.

Select Layer1.Select the rectangular marquee tool.Draw a rectangle as shown.Hold down the Alt and BkSp key.The rectangle should turn to solid colour.Click on the eyeSelect Layer2.Click on the marquee tool and hold down the left hand mouse key.Select the elliptical marquee tool.Select another colour.Draw an ellipse.Fill it with colour.

Click on the eye icon on layer 2.Select layer 3.Select the polygon tool.Draw a triangle.Fill it with another colour.

Click on the eye icon on layer 3Select layer 4.Draw a circular marquee, this can be done by selecting the elliptical marquee and hold down shift while drawing.Fill it with another colour.For the last layer draw a square and fill it with a different colour.Click on all the eye icons which have disappeared.All the layers will be shown.

Rearrange the layers by clicking on them and dragging them into a different order.

Select a layer.From the layer tab select an effect.Repeat this for each layer until to reach a desired effect.

Once the effects have been reached use the move/rotation tool to manipulate the shapes. Add a background by adding a new layer.

Open up Adobe Photoshop Elements.Click on file NewSelect A4 paper size.Click on the foreground colour.

A dialog box will appear as shown.Select a red colour.Hold down the Alt and the Backspace key.This will fill the screen with a red colour.

Select FilterSelect NoiseSelect Add Noise

Make the noise level %100

Select FilterSelect PixelateSelect Crystallize.Choose a crystallize of your choice.

Select FilterSelect Distort Select Liquify Select the Warp tool (the one which looks like a finger)Set a brush size of 50Set pressure at %50Try different settings.

Click on the New Adjustment Layer Icon.Select Hue/Saturation.

Adjust the sliders to create different effects.
