Systems ARSNT is a LOGSA initiative to consolidate all SN data

PBUSE is not the only reporting/accountability system. There are non-PBUSE users such as DPAS, Depots (DLA), Installations, Stock Record Warehouses (NGB), Center for Military History, etc. These are the clients who will be using WebUIT.

PBUSE Property Books: PBUSE users should not be reporting in WebUIT, with the exception of TRAC W (RATTS Wipe Test).

There is no longer a Annual Wipe Test Requirement Wipe Test still required for maintenance and shipping

ARSNT is a visibility system, and receives automatic data feeds from PBUSE, UIT, RIDB. Users cannot input transactions into ARSNT.

ARSNT uses specific business rules to match and close WebUIT records. It will not match on a non-PBUSE owner. A multi-claimant between a PBUSE unit and non-PBUSE unit may be a valid condition. It will not match current WebUIT to history PBUSE. It does not strip weapon serial numbers (leading zeroes, special characters)

To view UIT and PBUSE data, you must use ARSNT. There is no PBUSE data in WebUIT; only non-PBUSE data from depots, DPAS, etc. To view UIT and PBUSE data, you must use ARSNT.
