Good morning, everyone.This is Li Hua at the school radio station. Recently, we have done a survey on shortsightedness, which is very common among students.

Here are various other causes besides genetic factors . Some students have bad reading habits and some students spend too much time doing their homework without a rest. Some students even like to watch TV or use computers for a long time,thus leading to shortsightedness

Possible version

Fortunately, a doctor gives us some useful advice on how to protect our eyesight. Firstly, we should not keep our eyes working for a long time. After reading for an hour or two, we’d better have a rest by looking into the distance or focus your eyes on green plants often . Secondly , a good reading habit is very important . Don’t read in the dim light or in the sun. Don’t read in a moving bus or in bed. Do remember to do eye exercise twice a day. Last but not least, have your eyes checked regularly and take some food that is beneficial to your eyesight.
