Now is the time to be a creative thinker. An artist. A designer. A storyteller.

The world is in need of critical thinkers and problem solvers, people who can produce new ideas and come up with new solutions

The creative process thrives on the freedom to think and act outside of normal procedures

It is only one way to avoid mistakes – not generate new ideasAlbert Einstein

The best way to fins good idea – to have many ideasLinus Pauling

Wallis' model of the Creative process

1. In the preparation stage, we define the problem, need, or desire, and gather any information the solution or response needs to account for, and set up criteria for verifying the solution's acceptability.

2. In the incubation stage, we step back from the problem and let our minds contemplate and work it through. Like preparation, incubation can last minutes, weeks, even years.

3. In the illumination stage, ideas arise from the mind to provide the basis of a creative response.. Unlike the other stages, illumination is often very brief, involving a tremendous rush of insights within a few minutes or hours.

4. In verification, the final stage, one carries out activities to demonstrate whether or not what emerged in illumination satisfies the need and the criteria defined in the preparation stage.

-We get together…think, discuss, design implementation of our ideas (PREPARATION), such as ‘DO SOMETHING INNOVATIVE AT SCHOOL’

-Let your mind wander (Incubation)

-eureka!!! 'oh my God! That's the idea!‘

That’ s the way we do it (Illumination)-anything you accomplish…WELL DONE !!!

good to rethink through - critical thinking skills to recall illumination and the criteria defined in the preparation stage – that’s why you get better and better. (Verification)BE CREATIVE & INNOVATIVE by TRIAL & ERROR

Any piece of my work that really expresses myself - some can be from the past, but my creativity in January 2015 and onwards can add more new “products” of my creativity…

such as an essay, a story, a painting, a drawing, a poem, a video, a piece of music –myself and/or my friends play and sing-, a graffiti work, a scientific work (design a science inquiry or short research on a social issue, a debate, a school club…), a plan for the future and how shall I approach it, an ambition, myself in the world at a glance (a comic, a collage, a story…)
