COMPANY PROFILE COMPANY DAVIDE CRISTOFARO company was estabilished in 2015 by two young, visionary italian entrepreneurs of apulian origins: Davide Cristofaro, fashion designer, painter and creative arm who gave name to company and brand and his brother Giuseppe Cristofaro, managerial mind. The company goal is to make his presence felt in art, fashion and design market with brand new and original products. BUSINESS IDEA Realizing complete clothing collections, accessories and design by using fabric representing details of the existing artworks made by the artist, printed in HF, and characterised by the technique known as “PUNTINISMO POP” (drops of color in relief put one by one on canvas). That will give the fabric mark, uniqueness and particularity, just as real artworks. A new way to create exclusive and unique fabrics through the extraction of the life from the oil painting on canvas made by Davide Cristofaro, an artist with inherent artistic skills and great propensity in merging art and fashion. COLLECTIONS Our collections will include clothing and accessories (purses, papillons, scarfs) both for women and men. Each one of these collections will be characterized by an indissoluble bond with the chosen artwork, from wich the different details/glimpses will be used for HF printings. Davide Cristofaro has already created several “LINES” of “ARTWORKS” all different from each other with different “STYILES”:
10 LINES of oil painting on canvas capturing images in different expressive contests, magical atmospheres, folkloristic, cultural and landscaping.
2 LINES of silk painting, one of wich “Abstract” and the other one “Ethnic”. 1 LINE“Precious” wich will merge the oil painting on canvas and the silk pianting artworks through a
structure.
Those “LINES”of “ARTWORK” shall be the foundations to obtain illimitate and anti season collections. Special collections will be in limited edition. UNIQUE ITEMS Clothing or accessories can also be unique items expressly made for a single costumer, handpainted or with HF printed fancies taken from the requested/selected/commissioned by the customer himself, all realized by the skillfull hands of Italian craftsmen. The customer interested in an unique item, should feel free to commission a painting to the artist who will arrange a digital printing on the desired fabric from which the destre products will be made (clothing, purse, or other accessories).”
