Introduction

Wallet System for Magento2 behaves like an online Payment gateway,which will assist the customers to make purchases online using their wallet cash. Customers can add money to their wallets easily. While paying the amount for the purchase if the total amount to be paid is more than the wallet amount then additional payment methods will be displayed that can be selected by the customers for paying the amount that is exceeding the wallet amount. If customers go for a refund then the customers will receive the refunded amount back into their Wallet System.

If the total purchase amount exceeds the wallet amount then customers will see an additional option for making payments for the leftover amount.


Customer - Add Wallet Cash

Customers can add cash to their wallets by going to the My Wallet menu option and entering the amount to be credited in the place provided and after that click Add Money To Wallet button.

After adding the amount to credit, you can see the amount to be credited add into the shopping cart, now you can choose payment methods to add credit to your wallet.


Customer- Using Wallet System At Checkout

Customers will be able to pay with their wallet cash at the time of checkout. The total payable amount will be deducted from the wallet amount.

If the total amount that is to be paid exceeds the wallet amount then the customer will have options for making payments for the remaining amount using the payment methods available.


General Usage

This module is highly beneficial for the users who want to pay online for their purchases using a wallet. Users will be able to add money into their wallet easily. While purchasing the products customers will be able to see the Wallet option available at the time of checkout . Wallet behaves like an online payment gateway. Incase the customer wants to go for a refund, then admin will be able to refund the amount to the user wallet. If the total purchase amount exceeds the wallet amount then customers will see an additional option for making payments for the leftover amount with the payment options that are available for that store.
