Wasco Skylights are designed to withstand normal elements of the weather. Wasco Skylights are NOT designed to withstand human impact or falling objects. Skylights should not be walked upon under any circumstances. The owner, contractor or designer should restrict access only to authorized personnel who have been adequately cautioned as to the location of the skylights and informed of the warning above or said owner should provide protective guardrails or screens around the skylights.
eMAX3 Triple Silver Coated Glazing (EMT)Wasco’s standard glazing. eMAX3 is an energy effi cient glazing which meets the version 6.0Energy Star program for all climate zones. The eMAX3 Triple Silver Coated Series is a high performance Low-E insulated glass with argon. Also available with laminated glass (EML).
30-30 Triple Glazed Series (TGT)Wasco’s most energy effi cient glass glazing. 30-30 Triple Glazed is an energy effi cient triple glazed skylight that provides up to 55% greater insulating value than double-paned skylights with ordinary glass.
Hurricane Resistant (HR)Wasco Skylights with hurricane-resistant glazing meet Dade County, IBC/IRC/FBC and other stringent state building codes for skylights installed in Wind Zone 3 coastal applications. Hurricane resistant glass appears to be ordinary glass, but shields against damage from wind-borne debris, accidental impacts, forced entry and even unwanted noise.
SageGlass® (SGU)SageGlass is advanced dynamic glass that is electronically tintable and provides a beautiful and cost-effective way to control sunlight without blinds or shades, so you can manage glare and heat while maintaining a view to the outdoors. SageGlass glazing is offered in select standard size models.
Lumira® Aerogel (LA)Wasco skylights with Lumira aerogel fi lled polycarbonate panels are the highest performing daylighting product available on the market today. Adapting nano technology, Lumira is able to provide a tremendous thermal insulator that is also environmentally sound. Lumira permanently stops connective, conductive, and thermal transfer without an appreciable drop in light transmission.

Acrylic domed skylight frames are "weeped" to allow no minimum roof pitch. Fits 16" and 24" on-center roof rafters. Not for vertical applications. Acrylic domes available in clear or bronze.

SkyMax doubles the square footage of standard size fl at glass unit skylights without loss of thermal effi ciency.
SkyMax combines the thermal performance of our smaller vinyl frame unit skylights with the structural benefi ts of our larger aluminum framed structural skylights.
SkyMax’s one piece extruded vinyl curb incorporates a condensation channel, eliminating the need for weep holes. This, combined with high-end glazing options, maximizes its thermal performance.
The SkyMax’s vinyl frame is structurally reinforced with aluminum, allowing large single light spans.
