Creating a Folder• How to create a folder?

• Follow these steps to create a folder:• 1. Use the File Save As or File Open command to

display the Save As or Open Dialog Box.• 2. Go to the drive directory or folder where you

would want to put the new folder in. Click the Create New Folder Button.

• 3. When the New Folder Dialog Box appears, type the new folder name in the name textbox. Click OK.

• 4. Click Cancel, Save, or Open.

Renaming a Folder• You can change the name of any of your folders and

files anytime you wish.• Follow these steps to rename a folder:• 1. Use the File Save As or File Open command to

display the Save As or open Dialog Box. Locate the folder that you want to rename.

• 2. Right-click the folder you want to rename and click Rename on the Shortcut Menu. You may also click the folder, then click it again to rename. (Make sure you don’t double-click).

• 3. Type the new folder name and press ENTER.• 4. Click Cancel, Save or Open.

Deleting Folder• If you don’t need a folder or a file anymore, you may

choose to delete it. Deleting it sends your folders and files to the Recycle Bin.

• Follow these steps to delete a folder:• 1. Use the File Save As or File Open command to

display the Save As or Open Dialog Box. Locate the folder that you want to delete.

• 2. Right-click the folder that you want to delete and click Delete in the Shortcut Menu. You may also click the folder before pressing DELETE.

• 3. Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
