Dear Friend,

It is my distinct honor to introduce you to the vision of Lead365, LLC (referred to as Lead365) and invite your participation in the empowerment of collegiate leaders equipped to enter the workforce and serve hu-manity. To achieve this goal, a well-intentioned group of leadership educators, professional speakers, prac-titioners, national associations, businesses and like-minded organizations collaborated to support Lead365’s number one initiative—the Lead365 National Conference.

Hosted once a year in Orlando, the Lead365 National Conference is dedicated to offering a premier confer-ence experience for both undergraduates and professionals dedicated to their success. The inaugural conference in March 2015 was a huge success and set a new national standard for conferences solely focused on preparing leaders ready to serve in the 21st Century. From an innovative format of curriculum instruction around the theme “Explore, Engage, Evolve” to a professional track intended to provide valuable tools for those working with collegiate leaders, the Lead365 National Conference promises to attract more and more undergraduates, graduate students and professionals. But, we need your help!

Please join me, our distinguished board of directors, dedicated staff, interns and partners in building the Lead365 National Conference, as well as other initiatives of Lead365, LLC. Your input is always welcome in how we can best serve collegiate leaders and those dedicated to their success.

Sincerely,

Nancy Hunter DenneyExecutive Director, Lead365, [email protected]: 781.709.3533Cell: 508.864.4027

A Message from the Director of Educational Development • Amma Marfo

Hello, and greetings from Boston!

Given your commitment to success and the betterment of mankind, you are in a unique position to help grow and sustain a national initiative with the straightforward goal of graduating students with the nec-essary leadership understandings and aptitudes to be contributing members of society. Casting a large net across the country, Lead365 is reaching out to all colleges and universities, foundations and organizations invested in moving beyond basic leadership skill development opportunities by creating a premier confer-ence called the Lead365 National Conference. I am pleased to provide information on how you can be part of our efforts.

A quick visit to our website (www.lead365.org) or look at our marketing videos on YouTube (Lead365 National Conference Promo Video 2015) provides details about our mission and esteemed Board of Di-rectors. Within this publication are suggestions on how you can help advance our agenda within American higher education collegiate leadership development.

In addition to the more traditional sponsorship options, I want to encourage your thoughts and ideas on how you can make a difference. For example, you could name a scholarship directly after your organization which is jointly advertised and includes a link directly from the Lead365 website to your site to complete the application.

Lead365 proudly sponsors one national conference annually differentiated from other events in a variety of ways, least of which is the involvement of top professional speakers and practitioners who remain all three days. We are also committed to building an online “virtual warehouse” of resources, cutting edge assess-ments and “coaching capsules.” You can help make all of this happen! Here are the four sponsorship levels:

Explore ($500) Engage ($2000) Evolve ($5000) Founding Partner ($20,000 ++)

Thank you for your kind consideration. I look forward to the prospect of working with you.

Best,

Amma MarfoDirector of Educational DevelopmentLead365 National [email protected]

Lead365 is an LLC founded in May 2014 by Nancy Hunter Denney, a professional speaker and former student affairs practitioner. With over three decades in higher education, the majority of which spent developing leaders and training professional staffs, Ms. Denney set out to create a new kind of national leadership experience. Included in the mission of Lead365 is a focus on building leadership capacity that will serve participants well in the workplace. Also core to our mission is a desire to pay particular attention to sponsoring and supporting those individuals who normally would not be afforded such an opportu-nity through the Lead365 Foundation—a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity.

Lead365 is currently comprised of the following: National conference and institute offerings Online training, coaching and webinars Leadership resources and products Venues for social media dialogs

And, operates based upon the following four principles as guiding forces:Collaboration and partnership with existing national associations,

programs, educators, colleges, corporations and individuals dedicated to providing leadership training opportunities and resources to college students, graduate students and professionals.

Responsiveness to current trends, conversations and practices in leadership education including the use of popular models of leadership as the framework for the organization and dissemination of information and conference programming.

Commitment to service, civic engagement, volunteerism, and social justice.

Commitment to developing future leaders who will thrive in business and non-profit work.

About

Hosted once a year in Orlando, the Lead365 National Conference is unlike any other national conference cur-rently available. Over the course of three days, collegiate leaders of diverse involvements (or none at all) along with professionals and graduate students working with student leaders, teaching leadership education, advising student groups, overseeing relevant functional areas and so on, follow a curriculum developed under the guid-ance of Dr. Corey Seemiller, author of The Student Leadership Competencies Guidebook (published by Jossey-Bass). The theme “EXPLORE, ENGAGE, EVOLVE” helps to group the curriculum under the developmental constructs of knowing self, working with others, and service to humanity. Presentations are given by the best full time estab-lished speakers in the country who remain all three days as “The Faculty.”

The Lead365 Foundation was established to “empower collegiate leaders and professionals dedicated to developing student leaders, and to build leadership capacity in student and higher education professionals.” It is a public charity with non-profit status as a 501(c)(3) and tax ID 47-2237027.

Toward this goal, the attendance at national conferences of this caliber isn’t always in everyone’s reach. Many students with enormous leadership potential have other obligations preventing them from belong-ing to student organizations that would cover costs to a conference. Instead of having time to be on their student government, for example, they work two jobs off campus, raise a family or don’t have childcare coverage. You can make a difference by giving funds for scholarships or to help reduce overall conference expenses. The details of the scholarship selection process can be discussed to meet your needs.

Donations to the Foundation are assigned a sponsorship level based upon the amount of the donation.

The Lead365 National Conference is grateful for the partnering of four highly regarded national associa-tions dedicated to serving professionals in higher education, creating leaders and serving students.
