A PASSION FOR TRANSMITTING KNOWLEDGE! ‘’I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious’’ - (Albert Einstein)“There is no such thing as a technician who remains qualified forever”

As a result, our talents and our curiosity remain resolutely turned towards you: our Customers! It is with these words in mind that I am pleased to present the wide range of training courses available from and provided by our teams. With 15 years’ experience in providing training within a multicultural and multilingual environment, NOVAE Training proposes a rich and comprehensive Training Catalogue. By listening to and understanding your needs, our teams will offer you a tailor-made training solution to perfectly meet the objectives and operational requirements you have set.Your objectives can only be attained with qualified, well-trained and well-coached personnel. The support offered by NOVAE Training must cover these key points, starting as a continuation of students’ school education and continuing right up until they obtain their product-based qualification. At the end of the qualification process, it is also our duty to accompany technicians with recurrent face-to-face training, which may be complemented by e-learning courses and also by assimilation in an operational context. This is how we achieve growing competence and the development of skills, while at the same time limiting the impact on technicians’ operational availability. There are many different types of training tools for achieving this, and NOVAE’s strength resides in our ability to combine “technical” expertise and “learning” expertise in the same project through Digital Learning solutions. Our teams will guide and support you throughout your programme, including with logistical aspects, which are both complementary and necessary to allow you to be fully involved in and focused on your training.

Yours sincerely,

Jacques PETITJEAN
