    The absence of filipino flavour products was notliked by customers.

    They didnt serve rice with food . Less no. of stores which resulted in less visibility.

    There was lack of Visibility due to lessnumber of stores . Increasing number ofstores can be done .

    Better customer service should be provided .

    Eg : feed back system, transparency forcustomers to visit the kitchen and know thequality. Customer satisfaction forms .

    Customer needs

    eg: philippines looking for rice along with food..

    Increasing the number of varieties. 48% of the respondents said there were less

    number of varieties in menu.

    Follow the feed back system like kfc. Increase home deliveries.
