Lessons Learned
> Opportunities exist in Australia India collaborations in Asset Management. We need to realise that.
> Good is “No-Good” in todays world: We need to demonstrate excellence for effective collaboration.
> It takes time to build long relations for mutual benefits.
> Need to demonstrate links with Government levels, otherwise progress in generally slow.
> Leadership is vital for effective collaboration. Support is needed from both sides – for guidance, materials, capability, capacity and relation building.
> Need to understand and respect each other’s cultures to make collaboration work.
