Introduced a budget for the year – monthly figures. Included departmental analysis so each income
stream could be monitored separately. Assisted with move to a full accounting system
including training. Monthly input into producing monthly management
accounts and reporting against budgets set. Forecast balance sheet and cashflow and provide
summary of future cash requirements.
