Page 4: ADN Intro Presentation

Our Agreements• Africa needs a holistic transformational up- shift from the Status-quo. The status-

quo in the global African Union is unacceptable. We agree• The global African identity needs to be re-ignited. Africans and people of African

descent need to find their truest selves and live it out. We Agree• Africans and people of African Descent must reconcile and re-connect. We agree• We need to identity the strongholds and dividing walls that inhibit meaningful

connections between various constituents of the global african diaspora; we must not only identity the mental strongholds/dividing walls but tear them down. We agree

• A renewed Global African Identity requires a new African mind set. We agree• Africans and people of African descent must reconcile, organize, mobilize,

educate and rebuild their native land. We agree• Africans and people of African descent have a unique contribution to make to

humanity. Humanity cannot be whole until Africa organizes in wholeness and integrity. We agree

Page 5: ADN Intro Presentation

Our Core Values

• Values without action is dead• A re-ignited Global African Identity requires a re-awakened African Consciousness. We value all

life journeys into truth and consciousness so far as we journey in search of truth.• The global African identity must reflect purpose, vocational clarity, relational integrity and

community impact. We value a sisterhood and brotherhood of people who are on a journey of self-discovery and purpose.

• We believe in the uniqueness of people, the equality of people and the necessity of interdependence.

• We believe high performance organizations are founded on love for God and our fellow men.• We believe in individual, community and generational responsibility. By all means individuals,

communities, nations and humanity must take stock of causes of deviations and falls, but we must never, ever, ever shy away from owning the responsibility to get back up or get back on course.

• We believe in the necessity of consistent fellowship within the global African constituency and also with organizations that share our ideals

• We believe a mature capacity for peace building and development by individuals results in the highest level of fulfillment on earth

Historical UnderpinningsMarcus Garvey and the UNIA

There is a lot AND is extracting from Marcus Garvey’s UNIA. The United Negro Improvement Association is the largest Black Movement to date. In an era of ship travel and snail mail they garnered a following of about 1million people and made great strides economically. ADN will learn from the experience of UNIA but the key distinction is the fact that ADN knows love and operates from love and not “Anger”. As such ADN will modifiy the following key quote from Marcus Garvey "As the Jew is held together by his religion, the white races by the assumption and the unwritten law of superiority, and the Mongolian by the precious tie of blood, so likewise the Negro must be united in one grand racial hierarchy”

AND Modification"As the Jew is held together by his religion, the white races by the assumption and the unwritten law of superiority, and the Mongolian by the precious tie of blood, so likewise the Negro must be united in grandiose Love and show our other brethren that the only entity worthy of having imperial aspirations amongst men is LOVE”

Page 23: ADN Intro Presentation

UNIA Objectives

• To establish a universal confraternity among the race.• To promote the spirit of race pride and love.• To reclaim the fallen race.• To promote a conscientious Christian worship among

the native tribes of Africa.• To establish universities, colleges and secondary

schools for the further education and culture of the boys and girls of the race.

• To conduct a worldwide commercial and industrial intercourse.

Page 24: ADN Intro Presentation

ADN Modification

• To establish a universal confraternity among the Africans, people of African Descent and lovers of Africa.

• To promote the spirit of love amongst Africans• To reclaim the fallen race for Love and to be instruments of

love.• To promote a conscientious reverence and subjugation to love

among the native tribes of Africa, people of Africa descent and lovers of Africa.

• To establish universities, colleges and secondary schools for the further education and culture of the boys and girls of of Africa.

• To conduct a worldwide commercial and industrial intercourse.

Page 25: ADN Intro Presentation

Urgent Underpinnings

• More than ever, it has become obvious that the future of Africans and people of African descent is very much intertwined and there is lot of value to be captured with a closer and tighter spiritual and economic fraternity

• Think Thanks have not appropriately modeled the impact of a massive African Diaspora returnee movement and altruistic entities like facebook on the catalystic growth of Africa. In other words the sons and daughters of Africa in the Diaspora(which really includes everyone) have the major potential to leapfrog

• Glaring and systematic acts of oppression against blacks globally. In our disillusionment, evil has raped us and agents of evil feel they are entitled to rape us.

Page 26: ADN Intro Presentation

Technological Enablers

• Social Media• Community Organizing Platforms• Money Transfer Systems• Bitcoin Exchange• Platforms to mobilize collective wealth of

people of Africans, people of African descent and lovers of Africa world-wide.

Numbers & Monitization for Sustainability

Assumptions based on the membership ramp rate of the Universal Negro Improvement Association. Assuming a ramp rate of about 250000 committed per year across the globe via targeted mobilization and marketing efforts across universities, high schools and faith based institutions, ADN can fund it programs with a contribution of about $5 per year per member. ADN conferences can be staged with sponsorship and partnership agreements based on the NSBE or National Black MBA model. Pan-African Film FestivalADN Ambassador AwardsADN Partner Awards

Page 28: ADN Intro Presentation

5 year Budget
