IMPORTANT DATES
How is my seat location assigned?Seat locations are assigned based on best available seating, with priority given to Mountaineer Athletic Club contributors and season ticket holders for football.
How and when will my football season tickets be mailed?Season tickets are shipped via overnight delivery. A physical street address is required for delivery (There are no UPS deliveries to P.O. Boxes). Football season tickets are shipped in mid-August.
When will my football single-game tickets be mailed?Single-game tickets will be mailed approximately ten days prior to the game. Tickets ordered the week of the game will be automatically held at will call (located at the North Gate of the stadium) due to the proximity of the event.
Where do I pick up single-game tickets left at will call?Will call football tickets will be available two hours prior to the game at the Milan Puskar Stadium ticket office at the north end of the stadium.
When is the ticket office open?Normal ticket office hours are Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm. On football game days the Milan Puskar Stadium ticket office, located at the North Gate, will open two hours prior to kickoff.
Who needs a ticket for WVU athletic events?Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are available.

WHAT IS DIGITAL TICKETING?The digital ticketing system provides Mountaineer fans with a variety of convenient benefits as well as heightened security by identifying counterfeit and stolen tickets.
CAN’T GET TO THE GAME?Email your tickets to friends or family with Ticket Transfers. Support the team by filling Milan Puskar Stadium!
TICKET TRANSFERSEmail tickets you are not able to use to friends and family. No longer do you have to make arrangements to get the physical tickets to them. Just log-in to your WVU ticket account and click to transfer tickets. Your barcode will be reissued and new tickets sent via email. Support the team by filling Milan Puskar Stadium.
WHEN CAN I TRANSFER A TICKET?Season ticket holders can transfer tickets up to 3 hours prior to game time. The deadline to accept a ticket transfer is 3 hours prior to kickoff on game day.
AVOID LINES WITH PRINT-AT-HOME TICKETSBuy single-game tickets online and receive your tickets via email. No more waiting in long lines at will-call. Simply print the tickets on your printer and bring to the gate to be scanned.
