There is a three-stage inspection of the industrial safety, labour conditions and health. The management considers the target program aimed at the decrease of the accidents rate to be mainly technological process safety oriented. In order to organize efficient and safe operation of hazardous production facilities and decrease possible accident consequences, a special system of industrial personnel, specialists and unit managers recruitment and training has been implemented. The enterprise has concluded agreements with eight professional training centres to train its staff. Slide 5 5 Health, safety and environment protection measures during the 2009 Vehicles and specialized machinery have been equipped with satellite monitoring systems (during a year two similar systems were tested). The main contractor has been chosen and by the end of the year 100% vehicles will be equipped with the given system. Muravlenkovsk expedition Crews number: Well servicing and workover 18 Engineers 78 people. Workers 365 people. Total 443 people. The company employs highly professional staff of engineers and workers, capable of working in a team, acting quickly in case of upset conditions and achieving positive results. Complex character of the employees activities, flexible labour management, little degree of bureaucracy at work facilitate the reduction in the gap between engineering and workers staff, in this way making the staff easier to manage. Slide 7 7 Company profile Slide 8 8 8 Sinking and well completion by drilling Nowadays the main priority of the innovative activities of the enterprise consists in lateral drilling and side-tracking. In 2008 there were two wells drilled with lateral tunnels of 300 m and 900 m total length of the open hole. The results of hole drilling proved high efficiency of the given technology. At the moment the company continues longhole drilling by the well completion method. Having acquired considerable experience in longhole drilling with different length of the lateral part, ZAO Samotlorneftepromkhim has become an attractive service company for the customers. The given approach is highly efficient both from the viewpoint of oil recovery and financial efficiency. In the period of 2008-2010 the company bought and brought into operation four MBU -125 drilling rigs and two MBU-140 drilling rigs with a four stage cleanup system for drilling well up to 3500m, well upgrade by sidetracking method and well deepening using the bottom of the completion string. The advantages of the given rigs are definitely the possibility to drill from the multiple well platform in case of sufficient land allocation. This method eliminates the dependence on the matrix (main)well hole and reduces to maximum the expenses on constructing other multiple well platforms. However, maximum reserve recovery in the remaining oil pay zones full-gage infill drilling. At the moment the company employs 6 crews of side-tracking, namely four on Samotlor field and one crew of mobile in-field drilling on theTarasov field. This period can be noted as the beginning of production activity applicable to well development, capital workover and wire line operations. Hoist units AzINMASh-37 and A-50 were purchased during this period, subsequently to the end of 2005 the park of hoist units was fully updated with APRS-50 and UPA-60/80. Currently, the staffing specifications of the company include 102 WO crews and 7 WL crews for all expeditions in general. The strength and specificity of teams are changing in either direction depending on the situation and the work types. The crews structures are exceptionally multiskilled, i.e. without WO types restrictions and with the ability to perform work according the nomenclature of capital workover. Crews have the 100% equipment, according to the standards and guidelines by performing of well servicing and workover and of well development. BHT works are executed at the Samotlor field, Bakhilovsk cluster of fields and cluster of fields of business unit Orenburg of TNK-BP. Having its own special machines, equipped according to international standards of the world's leading oil producing companies, the company has the opportunity to conduct more than 8 well operations per day. Specialized acid units are equipped with electronic recorders, which allow to obtain all the necessary well treatment parameters (temperature, instantaneous and accumulated flow rate, injection pressure and annular pressure) both in the accumulation mode and in in real-time mode with Wi-Fi technology. In 2008 the company has set up a chemical-analytical laboratory. It has developed and tested new compositions for BHT, which include high-temperature corrosion prevention chemical, water- repellent admixes, SAS- demulsifier, iron stabilizator, etc. In addition the company possess a unique field laboratory of the company "HATCH" (U.S. production), that allows to control parameters not only of acid composition, but also of applied displacement fluids directly on the well. When preparing processing solutions in the mud room, it is provided: Input control of solid fractions of chloride salts for certification compliance; The presence of fluid filtration at the inlet of switch-gear (artesian, river, etc.); Having the own chemical laboratory and control - measuring devices for monitoring parameters of killing fluid; Preparation of well killing fluid at switch-gear in strict accordance with the requirements of the technology plan and issued purchase order; Filtering of prepared well killing fluid, before pumping it into storage capacity at switch-gear, filtering of extricated fluid to 5 microns; issuance of killing fluid quality certificate to a transportation company before its delivery to the hole; strict observance of rules of safety measures and environmental protection on the territory of the mud room. All the necessary technological regulations and instructions for the well-killing operations are developed, agreed and put into operation at the entity. In conjunction with customers there are quarterly developed and implemented corrective action plans to improve the technology of killing and to improve the safety of the work. Slide 21 21 Laboratory of nondestructive examination One of the structural subdivisions of ZAO "SNPH" is a laboratory of nondestructive examination. The laboratory is certified for the following types and methods of nondestructive examination: Acoustic (ultrasonic flaw detection and thickness measurements); Magnetic; Visual and measuring; Capillary (with penetrants). The laboratory is staffed with the latest instruments and equipment for nondestructive examination, which allows to complete any tasks for carrying out flaw detection of various tested units. Ultrasonic measuring equipment of line "Scanner" (model "SKARUTSCH") allows to test weld joints in a scanning mode with the possibility of output of obtained in the testing process information on the PC screen with the indication of position, coordinates and sizes of the identified defects, during the thickness measurement in a scanning mode it is possible to determine both the thickness of a tested unit and plots of corrosion, metal decomposition without unit decommissioning, and it is also possible to exercise control in manual mode with the help of this facility. Defectoscope IC LSD2 LSD1 Acoustic units Slide 22 22 Production service base For the undisturbed operation of business units there is the full-sized production service base with its own machinery equipment, that allows to produce any non-standard equipment for the teams of drilling, development, WO and WL operations. At territory of the base there are: - machinery equipment, that allows to repair production tubing and HWDP of all sizes up to 250 mm. Geographic location of sub-base by Samotlor project has the advantage of the presence on the territory of its own railway line, racks and capacitive park needed to store equipment and materials moving by rail. Moreover every expedition has its own Production service sub-base. Slide 23 23 Transportation department In parallel with increase of production capacities, the company acquired special equipment for maintenance of teams of drilling, development, WO and WL operations, as well as to reduce costs. Today the company has more than 450 units of special equipment, machinery and repair shop which contains sections to repair: - Power units; - Degasser; - Pneumatic-hydraulic systems; - Fuel equipment.
