2. Mostly they are from age group between 26-36 years.
3. Wockhardt also provide daily 2 hours training to every nurses.
4. Three shifts are going on in Wockhardt - morning (8:00am to 2:00pm), evening (2:00pm to 8:00pm) and night (8:00pm to 8:00am).
5. Every staff has to complete 48 hours i.e. each staff has to do 2 shifts every month.

Directing is all about guiding, supervising and motivating subordinates.

• By 2011, 4 new hospitals will be commissioned at South Mumbai, Bhopal, Patna and Jabalpur.
• Aiding Wockhardt globalization plans are its fourteen world-class manufacturing plants in India, France, UK, Ireland and US. In addition to this are the dedicated complex (comprising six facilities) at its Biotech Park, and its state-of-the-art research laboratories.
