• About 46% of daily internet users read more than one blog every day. Adding an auto-discoverable RSS feed makes it super easy for power users to get your latest blog posts and news stories as soon as you publish them.

• 65% of daily internet users read a blog. It could be YOUR blog if you make it easy for them to find it.

while just over half use YouTube and Linked and only slightly more than a third have a presence on Pinterest and/or Google+.

Facebook: Why is Facebook important?• The average company saw a 185% increase in traffic after crossing 1,000

Facebook likes.• Companies that generate more than 1,000 Facebook Likes also receive

nearly 1,400 website visits a day.• Everyone knows women vastly outnumber men on Pinterest, but how

about on other social networks? Women make up the larger share of users on Facebook (58% to 42%) and are a slightly larger share on Twitter (52% to 48%).

SEO: Why is SEO important?• 75% of users never go further than the first page of search results. You've

got to do what you can to stand out in the pack of results, and compelling page descriptions is a good place to start.

• Because 60% of all organic clicks go to the top three organic search results, you need to do everything you can to nail one of those top spots. Optimize your page titles and use compelling meta data to get off on the right foot.

Professionals in architecture and engineering (7 years) and management (6.3 years) tend to have the longest tenures, while occupations with the shortest tenures include food service (2.3 years) and sales (3.4 years).

Mobile Design: Why is Mobile Design important?• You need a mobile CSS if you want people to access your site on their

smartphones. And since 43% of all phones are smartphones, and 87% of them use it to access the internet, it probably makes sense to get this in place sooner rather than later.

• Studies show that by 2016, mobile searches will overtake PC searches for local search. Within the last 2 years, mobile searches has grown by 500%.

• The typical mobile user spends an average of 2 hours a day using their mobile phone.

• Mobile web browsing is expected to grow by a half in 2014• 85% of consumers use a tablet or phone while watching TV. A consistent,
