What Are Micro Greens? Micro Greens are more compact, more flavorful and more nutrient dense versions of their large leafy counterparts. What you consume has never been touched until they are trimmed immediately before use. Sprouts are raised in water that must be rinsed several times a day and are prone to bacterial contamination that can make you sick.
