The Transportation Utility Management System (TUMS) is designed to assist Utility Coordinators in identifying utility facilities impacted by future highway construction projects. System is also used to manage and track utilities in accordance with WisDOT’s Guide to Utility Coordination and Administrative Rule Trans 220.
