School Rules
Neat school attire with new school
logo and name tags

Reporting Time
Be seated in the hall before 7.40 am with a story
book for silent reading
If child is not in the hall by 7.40am, names will be
recorded by prefects and action will be taken
To be in school by 7.25am on WEDNESDAYs. We
have STAR/FTGP on Wednesdays.
Attendance
Regular attendance for school, supplementary/remedial
classes and CCA.
Absence must be supported by medical certificate or
parent’s letter. When receive notification from SNAC,
respond in the SNAC system. Parents can also call
General Office to inform reason for child’s absence.
Attendance
Absent during Exam Days,
medical certificate if child is sick must be submitted to the
office. Otherwise zero marks will be awarded.
Other supporting documents must be given for special
circumstances e.g. death of a relative
Use of Mobile phones
• Only to be used for urgent calls.
• Calls can only be made in the waiting area beside the Guard House after school hours.
• Mobile phones will be confiscated if they are being used in class or any other areas.
• Switch off your mobile phones (Do not put to silent mode)
• Parents will be contacted to collect any confiscated mobile phone. Repeated offenders will be banned from using the mobile phone totally.
Use of Mobile phones
• Mobile phones are not to be used for playing games, taking pictures or videos or listening to music while in school or out on excursions/competition.
• Pupils are responsible for their mobile phones.
Homework Policy Homework is an essential part of every child’s learning
experience. It is an extension of classroom instruction and
it allows pupils to demonstrate what they have learnt.
It provides parents timely information on the learning
progress of their child.
Homework – Parents Support • Schedule a routine time for homework to be completed
• Give priority to school homework rather than tuition
• Provide conducive environment for studying and
completion of homework
• Ensure that child completes his/her homework
independently
Homework – Parents Support • Monitor the child’s daily and/or weekly assignments
• Communicate with child’s teacher when the child is unable
to complete his/her homework
• Arrange with form teacher to secure child’s homework
when the child is unable to attend school
• Check that the child records his/her homework in the Pupil’s

MATHEMATICS
The Mathematics curriculum aims to help students build strong foundation in primary Maths through a structured teaching sequence and supporting manipulatives and materials based on the concrete-pictorial-abstract approach. This is to provide learning activities that emphasise thinking skills and heuristics.

This immersion programme is an experiential learning journey for our children to learn about the different cultural, historical and geographical environment of our neighbouring country, Malaysia and to provide an opportunity for our pupils to develop self-reliance and self-discipline.

Communication through SNAC
Communication with SNAC SNAC is used to inform parents and attain response for:
Notify school events
Consent for Supplementary lesson/ Excursions/ Learning Journeys
Response for Networking Session or Meet the Parent Session
Parents/ Guardian have to acknowledge or select an option
and submit.
When you receive notification from SNAC,
click on the notification.
Scroll down to read notification.
Click on the relevant option.
You have to acknowledgement that you have
read the notification.
You must key in your authentication code.
If you can’t remember your authentication
code, click on ‘Send Authentication Code to
my email’. Then a new code will be sent to
your email address.
If you can’t remember your email address, call
67783085 during office hours.
Click on submit response. Then you will
receive a note that your response has been
submitted successfully.
