Context

Door gebruik te maken van een continue verbeter proces in de Enterprise Architectuur worden pijnpunten, strategische doelstellingen en Kritische Succes Factoren uit de bedrijfsvoering gekoppeld aan het TOGAF Meta uit de bedrijfsvoering gekoppeld aan het TOGAF Meta Model.

Deze aanpak volgt de cyclus van bedrijfsvoering naar waarde naar informatie naar IT terug naar bedrijfsvoering.

Het positioneert daarbij ijkpunten en meetpunten in zowel de dagelijkse operaties als in de EA aanpak om de de dagelijkse operaties als in de EA aanpak om de voortgang en het succes inzichtelijk en meetbaar te maken.

De aanpak is er met name op gericht om bedrijfs architectuur en IT architectuur in een samenhangende Enterprise Architectuur te realiseren.
