Credentialing Purpose •  Protect and serve consumers of coaching services •  Measure and certify competence of individuals •  Inspire pursuit of continuous development •  ICF Credential Holders = 15,654 (June 2015)

ACC-9928 PCC-5348 MCC- 694 •  90 individuals have been trained as PCC

assessors. •  The CKA now available in 15 languages and 1,900

individuals have completed with a pass rate of 86% on the first attempt

The ICF Western Region Advisory Council fosters the growth of a committed and connected community of professional coaches. What profound “Other” comments were made?

•  “I want to attend events that put me in the same room as clients

•  “Raise the profile of ICF accredited coaches through working creatively and innovatively together….rather than by working individually in an uncoordinated fashion”

•  I would love it if the local chapter was able to promote all local, ICF certified coaches”

•  “We need to move away from being an industry made up of coaches coaching other coaches (i.e. training, mentoring, assessing, supervising, tools, etc.)”
